Step 3 - Plan your Fundraiser Timeline.
We recommend 4-6 weeks for your fundraiser - e.g. starting on 09/01/08 and challenging your team to sell all books by 10/15/08.

Step 4 - Send us your customized logo & back cover advertisement.

Step 5 - Read & sign the Fundraiser Agreement.

Cheer for Change believes in providing tools to help young people achieve their hopes and dreams.  Cheer for Change and the specified Gym/Company(‘Fundraiser’) agree to meet the following terms and conditions:

  1. Basic Agreement.  Cheer for Change will provide the Fundraiser with Coupon Discount books to help meet fundraising goals.  Books are provided to Fundraiser in good faith, and Fundraiser will remit payment for book costs on a consignment basis.
  2. Supply of books.  Customized books will be printed within a timely manner upon of receipt of approved graphic material.  Books will be sent to Fundraiser’s listed address upon completion of printing. Customized books cannot be returned.
  3. Sale of books.  Fundraiser will make a concerted effort to sell all books and meet fundraising goals.  Fundraiser is responsible for any loss or damage to books upon receipt of books from Enjoy the City.
  4. Payment for books.  Within 10 days of the specified ‘End date’ (Step 3), Fundraiser will send payment of $12.50 per book, for all books ordered, to Cheer for Change.  Installment payments can be made to Cheer for Change during the course of the specified ‘Fundraiser Timeline’ (Step 3).  Business Check or Cashiers Check is acceptable.
  5. Cheer for Change wants to hear about your success!  Fundraiser agrees to notify Cheer for Change about the outcome of their efforts through email, fax, or phone.
